The Hay River Recreation Centre
Hay River's community Recreation Centre has capcity for the following:
Explorer Hotel
You'll like the space we have to offer. We have plenty of it with approximately 6000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
Chief Drygeese Conference Centre
A 400-person conference centre available for rent through the Yellowknives Dene First Nation.
Midnight Sun Complex
Inuvik’s multi-function conference centre is ideally suited for conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and other activities.
Chief Lamalice Centre (K'atl'Odeeche First Nation)
Two boardrooms accommodate 20 and 50 people. The Chief Lamalice Complex can accommodate 300 people. Flip charts, sound systems, projectors (including Proxima) and screens are available.
Northern Arts and Cultural Centre
NACC is the largest and most modern performing arts centre in the Northwest Territories, with 297 seats.
The Quality Inn
A full-service hotel located in the heart of downtown Yellowknife. Seven meeting rooms are available, with a total meeting capacity of 340.Â
Hay River Golf Club
Open seasonally. Sit-down dinners for 150. The Club Room accommodates 350 people for finger foods, with outdoor deck. Catering provided on site.Â
Ingamo Hall Friendship Centre
Main Hall accommodates 250, boardroom accommodates 20. Rentals include set-up, coffee and tea.
Tree of Peace Friendship Centre
Multipurpose Hall seats 250, a large boardroom seats 100 and a small boardroom seats 20.Â
