Hay River’s community hall hosts up to 150 people, the Don Wieterman Room – 80 people, arena ice surface – 700 people with exhibitor space for 90 booths. The curling rink accommodates up to 400 people, with exhibitor space for 45 booths. Screens, projectors, flip charts, Proxima, coffee makers and support staff provided.
